The rooms
The villa has five lovingly furnished bedrooms, each with its own daylight shower room, each an oasis of calm. On both the ground floor and the first floor there is a master bedroom with extra long beds (180 x 220cm) and sea views. Some of them are equipped with box-spring beds, offering great sleeping comfort. Each room has separately adjustable air conditioning and underfloor heating. All rooms have mosquito nets on the windows and a smart TV.
The living area
On the ground floor, the spacious entrance area offers a view of the open-plan living area with comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and a large dining table for 10 people, before the view glides over the infinity pool to the sea and the beautiful bay of Marina. A guest toilet and an additional pantry kitchen complete the lower rooms.
Outdoor
The luxurious accommodation has a living space of over 250 m2 on a plot of around 1000 m2 and offers numerous opportunities to linger outside: A spacious terrace, accessible both from the living area and directly from the side wing, invites you to relax and dream with a launch corner, loungers and other seating options. If you want to cool off, you can use the water loungers in the (heated) infinity pool.
Outside, a large wooden table for 10 people offers enough space for an extended BBQ with a modern gas grill. Behind the house, you can enjoy the evening sun in seclusion or play football with the children on the artificial turf.
